Once you reach out, I’ll send a short intake form to understand your business, goals, and audience. We then schedule a discovery call to clarify your website’s purpose and define expectations before moving into planning.

Proposal & Project Planning
Based on our conversation, you’ll receive a tailored proposal with multiple package options. After approval and deposit, I set up your project workspace and outline the structure of the website, ensuring we’re aligned before design begins.

Content & Kickoff Call
You’ll upload the required content into your workspace, and we’ll hold a kickoff call to confirm the timeline, milestones, and feedback windows. This step ensures a smooth, organized workflow as the design phase begins.

Design Process & Strategy
After mapping your website structure with an approved sitemap, I design each page individually. You’ll receive a Loom walkthrough for every page, share your feedback within the agreed time window, and once approved, I move to the next page using the same clear, structured process.

Final Delivery
After all pages are approved, I handle development, optimization, and full device testing. Once everything is ready, the website goes live, and you’ll receive all final files along with the option to join a maintenance plan for ongoing support.

Managed the full creative process - from concept to final publication - while developing skills in storytelling, illustration, and visual identity. The project was presented in schools and libraries across the Algarve, where I read the book to children as part of interactive sessions as part of a local initiative to promote children's reading and creativity. It was also featured at the Lisbon Book Fair 2023.
